Work well
Ergonomic assessment
We assess home workstations and recommend changes to posture and mechanics, with exercises tailored to your workday. Local businesses can ask about support for employees.

Wellness
Move well in the life you live. Practical, personalized ways to build on your progress, explore your goals, and care for your health beyond a course of physical therapy.
Care for what comes next
You might be finishing PT, returning to an activity you love, or looking for ways to stay active. Great Falls PT can help you understand your movement and make a plan that fits your daily life.

Build on your progress
Individual guidance can help you stay connected to your goals after PT or take a proactive look at how you move.
After a PT plan ends, our team can help determine whether skilled physical therapy or a general wellness exercise program is appropriate for your movement or sport goals.
We assess your movement, discuss your sport goals, identify potential injury risks, and provide exercises and instruction to help you move with confidence.
Work with our team on a personalized plan for strength, mobility, balance, and healthy activity before concerns interrupt the things you enjoy.
Self-pay wellness visits
General wellness visits focus on exercise, mobility, and healthy activity. They are separate from physical therapy, do not diagnose or treat a medical condition, and insurance is not billed. Before booking, share any new injury, change in function, or health concern so our team can confirm whether a wellness visit fits or recommend a physical therapy evaluation.
