Our history
A hometown practice with a specialist team.
Dr. Mary Jean Stack PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS opened Great Falls Physical Therapy in 2018. A native of Great Falls, Virginia, Mary Jean returned to her hometown to serve the health and rehabilitation needs of the community. Since opening, she has been joined by experienced Doctors of Physical Therapy who are each specialists in their field.
In 2025, Great Falls PT expanded to a second location at Colvin Run within Great Falls Movement Center, our home for orthopedic and sport performance rehabilitation. GFMC was born from the collaboration between Great Falls Physical Therapy and Great Falls Pilates, blending best-in-class manual physical therapy with classical Pilates, functional training, and advanced recovery technologies like infrared sauna and FDA-approved red light therapy.

Our objective is an effective and holistic approach to care that is both restorative and preventative. GFPT is PT owned and operated, and we believe this helps us serve our patients best.
We do not utilize aides or assistants. You will always work directly with your PT, who will examine your entire body to understand what is causing your injury, because every injury and patient is different.
